United StatesNot happy with Softness Express Detangling Milk
Not good. My hair feels greasy when using. I used sparingly. I did contact Phyto and had a response from Lisa. I explained my experience. She looked at the products I was using and said it looked like my hair was damaged and brittle based on the products I was purchasing. I told her I have used the Phyto products for a long time and this is the only item I have had an issue with. I am happy with all Phyto products except this one. My hair is in good condition and I continue to use the products I do until the highlights grow out completely. Based on the response from Lisa, I did not feel that Phyto stands behind their products 100%. I gave the product to my daughter as I cannot use.

My 5yo daughter has Type 4 hair and she doesnt really like me touching her hair. We used this detangling milk for the first time and finally, no crying! She calls it the "Soft Stuff" because it makes her hair so soft and easy to style. We've tried other products but because those products have mostly water it doesnt do the trick! It's the oat milk that really helps smooth the hair and this product has earned its place in her routine. Thanks!
