WHEN?
Once a week, or when needed.

HOW?
Apply directly onto the scalp section by section, using the roll on applicator. 
Massage gently and let penetrate through the scalp.
Leave on for at least 20 minutes. If you have the time for an intense treatment, leave it on overnight, then shampoo.
Wash your hair with the treating shampoo of your choice.
