If you decide to apply the relaxer yourself, always perform a strand test prior to applying to the entire head. If you have previously relaxed hair, relax only the new growth.

Index 2 was discontinued, but Index 1 is good!
I have 4C hair and I was worried when Index 2 was discontinued, but Index 1 is just as good!

I haven't used the product yet. I'm very skeptical because of the condition of and missing items from my purchase. I immediately sent an email and tried to call the company. I didn't receive any correspondence for 3 days. Finally I received and email stating a refund was processed. I still haven't received it. I would have preferred for someone to contact me and address my concerns. Not pleased, A. Wilkins

The product was so easy to apply and did not burn or itch. It left my hair smooth and without breaking it. Will buy again. Btw I have fine, frizzy curly hair and one application was enough, with a small amount left over.
