We gladly accept any unused items on PHYTO.com. We can not accept items that have been opened unless the product is damaged or defective. If a set is being returned, all products in the set must be returned. If your order is a GWP (Gift With Purchase). If you received damaged products, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-557-4986 and we'll be happy to assist you.
Merchandise purchased on PHYTO.com must be returned within 30 days of the date on the Packing List. To initiate a refund, contact Customer Service at 1-800-557-4986 or via email at email@example.com to provide us with your order number. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process. Items purchased outside the United States are not eligible for returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund. We recommend that you send your return via an insured method, which can be tracked in the case of loss. Please remember to write down your Tracking Number to monitor delivery status.

PAYPAL RETURN POLICY
You can return through PayPal within 30 days for a full refund. If you pay your return, your PayPal account will be refunded directly. A refund on a credit card with the same billing or shipping name that appears on your PayPal order. Refunds to credit or debit cards may take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
